Simple enquiry process

Send the sign schedule, photo or list

A photo helps us identify what you want, but the exact pictogram, wording, quantity and intended location still need to be confirmed before production.

Who decides which signs are required?

The contractor, employer, site manager or competent safety adviser should identify the signs required for the site.

Time for Designs prepares and supplies signs from the confirmed requirements. We do not carry out workplace or construction-site safety assessments.

1. Show us what is needed

Send the confirmed sign list, schedule, existing sign photo or marked-up plan.

2. Confirm the details

We check the wording, pictograms, quantities and practical specifications with you.

3. Approve the artwork and quote

Nothing is produced until the artwork and quotation are agreed.

Useful questions

Safety Sign FAQs

Can you make a combined construction-site safety board?

Yes. Several confirmed safety messages, site rules and information can be arranged on one board. Send the wording and pictograms required.

Can I send a photo of an existing sign?

Yes. A clear photo is useful for identifying the layout, but the final wording, pictograms and specification must still be confirmed.

Do you decide which signs my site needs?

No. The required signs should be identified by the responsible contractor, employer, site manager or competent safety adviser.

Can you help with sizes, materials and fixing?

Tell us where the sign will be used and how it needs to be displayed. We will discuss the available options before quoting.
