- Artwork, photographs, logos, names and other material supplied for printing, signage, workwear, merchandise, graphic design or website work.

3. Why we use your information
We use information to respond to enquiries and prepare quotations; produce and fulfil orders; provide customer service; manage accounts, invoices and legal records; maintain website security; and improve our services.
Our lawful bases include taking requested steps before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests where these do not override your rights, and consent where consent is required.
4. Marketing and communications
We use HubSpot to manage permitted email marketing and related contact information. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us at any time. Unsubscribing does not prevent service messages about an enquiry or order.
5. Customer-supplied content
Artwork, names, photographs and logos supplied for a project may contain personal information. Customers should only provide material they are entitled to use and should avoid supplying unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
6. Who receives information
We do not sell personal information. Where necessary, information may be shared with providers supporting website hosting, email, HubSpot email marketing, accounting, delivery, analytics, customer communications and IT support. It may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal rights.
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards as required by data-protection law.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and to meet legal, accounting and warranty requirements. Customer artwork is normally kept until the relevant project is completed unless a different arrangement is agreed. Accounting and transaction records may be retained for the period required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact [email protected] to make a request. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
9. Cookies and analytics
Necessary technologies support the operation and security of the website. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after the required consent is given. Our consent control allows visitors to accept or reject optional cookies and reopen Cookie Settings from the website footer.
Where accepted, Google Tag Manager may be used to operate Google measurement services. These services may receive device, browser, IP-address and website-interaction information. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.
10. Children
Our website is directed primarily at adults, businesses, organisations, clubs and schools. A parent, guardian or authorised organisation should supply and approve information relating to a child where appropriate. We do not invite children to create website accounts or independently consent to optional tracking.
11. Security and policy changes
We use appropriate organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information, although no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will be published here.
