Payment is required before any work will commence. We do not offer trade accounts or credit terms (30 / 60 / 90 days).
If payment is not received at time of order, we will not begin production.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. After this time, prices may change due to materials, labour, or supplier costs.
Work will be produced exactly as approved by you. Once you sign off artwork, any further changes may incur additional fees.
In rare cases where items leave the premises unpaid, we may treat it as unauthorized removal. We reserve the right to contact the authorities if necessary.
We accept card, cash, and bank transfer. Orders placed via bank transfer will be produced once funds clear.

With proper care, the prints on your garments are designed to last through numerous washes while maintaining their vibrancy and integrity. Following our care instructions will help maximise the lifespan of the print.
We specialise in printing on cotton, polyester, and cotton-polyester blends. These materials are ideal for our printing processes. Unfortunately, we cannot print on nylon or other non-compatible fabrics.
Yes, you can iron the garment, but always turn it inside out and use a low heat setting. Avoid ironing directly over the printed area to prevent damage.
To keep your printed garments looking their best, wash them inside out at a maximum of 60°C with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
