A2 or A1: which size suits your day?
Our main wedding-sign sizes are A2 and A1. Consider how much wording you need, where the sign will sit and how close guests can comfortably get to read it.
For a busy seating plan, send your guest count and table layout first. We can help you choose a readable arrangement rather than squeezing names into a space that is too small.
Tell us whether your venue supplies an easel or stand, and bring its usable display measurements if you have them.

Bring your own inspiration
Show us your invitation, colour palette or a reference you like. We can create an original design around your preferences; we do not copy another designer’s artwork.
Custom design carries a fee, quoted before design work starts.
Send us the essentials for a useful quote
- Your wedding date, venue and location.
- The signs or stationery you need and the quantity of each.
- A2 or A1, if you have decided—or ask us for size advice.
- Your names and exact wording. For a seating plan, a typed guest list grouped by table.
- Your preferred style, colours and any reference images or existing artwork.
- The date you need everything ready and your collection or other arrangements.
Materials, finishing, display requirements and the production schedule will be confirmed for your job before you proceed.
One clear approval before print
Nominate one person to check the proof. Carefully confirm spellings, names, table groups, dates and times, then give written approval before production.
If your guest list is still changing, tell us early so we can plan the proofing stage together.
Wedding sign questions
What sizes do you offer?
A2 (420 × 594 mm) and A1 (594 × 841 mm) are our main wedding-sign sizes. Send your wording or seating layout if you need help choosing.
Can you match our wedding colours or invitations?
Show us your colour palette or invitation. We can discuss an original coordinated design and quote any custom design fee before work starts.
Can I show you a design I like?
Yes. Reference images help us understand your preferences. We can create an original design for a fee, rather than copying someone else’s artwork.
How should I send the guest list?
Send a typed list grouped by table, with the exact spelling of every guest’s name and the final table names or numbers. Nominate one proof approver.
How far ahead should I enquire?
Tell us your wedding date and the date you need the signs ready. We will confirm a schedule for your particular job; do not assume a turnaround until it is agreed.
Are the pictured stands included?
The mockup stands are illustrative, not an included product. Tell us what your venue supplies so we can discuss the display requirements with your quote.
